Yes — the first call or office visit costs nothing and there's no obligation. You'll leave with honest advice even if you don't book.

Within two hours during business hours, and always inside one business day. If you're mid-trip with us, replies are immediate — day or night.

Almost — we do everything in writing until the final confirmation call, which takes about five minutes. Some people prefer that, and it suits us fine.

All the time. Around a third of our travellers fly in from overseas — we handle the Aussie leg and coordinate around your international flights.
